VNS Health is a nonprofit home- and community-based health care organization—helping New Yorkers live, age, and heal where they feel most comfortable: at home and in their communities. For more than 130 years, we’ve been advancing care beyond traditional settings, with a deep commitment to serving individuals and families with complex needs, including some of New York’s most vulnerable populations.
