Pamal Broadcasting is a leading regional radio station operator with more than two dozen stations serving midsized markets in New York, Vermont, and Florida. Its stations offer a variety of programming, including rock, country, jazz, pop, and contemporary, as well as sports, news, and talk radio formats. Pamal Broadcasting operates most of its portfolio in clusters of stations serving the same market, which allows the company to cut operating costs by combining some business functions between its stations. CEO James Morrell started the company as Albany Broadcasting in 1986.
