Great location, which makes commuting easy.

Cons

Terrible terrible and terrible. Nothing is great about this company and if you care about your wellbeing and life, genuinely avoid. A company like this will physically and mentally break you. Has no benefits so do query this before signing ANY contracts. If you do work for a company like this please for the love of Christ, get a counsellor. As a person of colour there are no black women in this office which is alarming.

The Solicitors (not the partners) were helpful with training and questions. The paralegal team was friendly

Pay and a certain partner that used to work there was ruthless and made many people cry

Taylor rose are very supportive with career progression - career opportunities are available at TR, with hard work and dedicated , progression is possible and management teams support with goals and helping to get you to the next stage of your career. Senior leadership are overall very approachable, friendly and happy to support. Great bonus schemes available for some teams!

Cons

Employee benefit are extremely limited for a company of this size. Lack of support when additional staff / hiring is required leaving teams members and managers working long / difficult days to maintain current workload.
