      Pros

      Fast pace and treats staff fairly with respect plus honesty. Great CEO Jacob B who is a visionary and the real reason why 3Shape is so successful plus the great leadership team.

      Cons

      You have to hit your numbers and if you don’t perform then you will be out of the door sooner not later. That is the same with all performing companies
