* Good exposure for fresher candidates, as you can definitely learn a lot in shorter period * we get hands-on experience on different technologies and processes, even in the fresher level * Interesting domain and projects * Great encouragement from management for those who are willing to take up responsibility. * New programs are introduced for employees, which if taken forward with out any interruption, seems to be beneficial for employees with respect to their career path. * Friendly atmosphere to work

* some times we face challenges related to working in projects with out proper trainings/ knowledge transfers or reference documents. * Being a fast growing organization, defined process are not followed always for all projects.
