Pros

CEO and leadership team are amazing and bend over backwards for their people. They're the only company I've worked for that practices what they preach about putting people first.

Cons

Salary wasn't super competitive, but I would have stayed if I didn't get a position in my field of study.

Great interview process, smaller company, industry leading, experts in the field, well respected, close knit, great supervisor, well documented procedures, after-action reports for open enrollment to debrief and identify problems, leadership who cares about their employees, clearly defined roles, supportive of personal goals, open to new ideas, innovative I could go on and on, truly!

Cons

Remote work can be difficult to feel supported in all the ways you need, they do a great job but I have yet to find a job that has nailed down training and support for 100% remote work, open enrollment can be stressful but this is also the nature of this work!
