The whole team are passionate and friendly, everybody is determined to work collaboratively to meet deadlines, help clients and most importantly, help each other! It is a fun working environment where I gained lots of experience.
Cons
I left before the gym equipment was installed!

- Get to be creative with different briefs and clients - Friendly and family-like atmosphere, everyone inspires each other - Challenged to try different and new things that have helped to exceed in my career goals - Very open design agency, welcome to bounce ideas and suggestions, you don't get lost amongst others - Work lunches and dinners for team building, which is great as you get to know each other better - Sharing experiences and knowledge
Cons
- We need a milk frother for frothy-lattes :) There's nothing more to say as a con :)
