Pros

Working at Accelion gave me something I didn’t fully appreciate until I left: support, structure, and people who actually wanted to see me succeed. I felt respected from day one. My Area Manager always kept it real with me — pushed me when I needed it, but also gave me space to grow. I liked having control over my schedule, and when I was putting in the work, I was making good money. The Atlanta client team had real energy, and we looked out for each other.

Cons

It’s not a hand-holding type of job. You need to be disciplined and ready to hustle — especially in a market like Atlanta where competition is real. Some days were frustrating, no doubt. But it wasn’t the kind of frustration that came from lack of support — more like the usual ups and downs of the field.

Thanks for your review! I know exactly who you are! We (me and Christian) wished things would have worked out better for you in Atlanta! As we discussed during your final call, their were uncontrollable issues that you/Accelion couldn't solve; your amazing attitude carried the market so far and that is something we will always remember. Be well my friend! If you need an LOR for your future job search, shoot me or Chelcey an email and I'll work with Christian to write one up for you. :)

Pros

Accelion is hands-down one of the best companies I’ve worked for. As a Territory Manager in Richmond, I’ve felt supported from day one. The onboarding and training process was thorough, and my Area Manager genuinely cares about my success. The culture is upbeat, collaborative, and focused on results — but in a way that’s motivating, not stressful. I get to build relationships with property managers, represent an excellent product, and work with a team that celebrates wins together. The flexibility in my schedule lets me structure my day for maximum impact, and the commissions are achievable. It’s a great feeling to know my hard work actually pays off.

Cons

You need to be self-motivated. This isn’t a role where someone is hovering over you all day — which I love, but it might not be for everyone. You get out what you put in.

Hi, thanks for your feedback! I'm a little behind on responding to these reviews but I noted your suggestion about more peer shadowing. DMV has grown so much for Accelion in the past year so I think we have an opportunity to actualize your suggestion since there's such a high concentration of Accelion employees in the region now. Also, I know Max, Randyn, and Sharron are planning more joint events and joint VTO days for their teams so hopefully you'll be able to meet some of your peers in the region F2F soon. :)

Pros

The company provides clear expectations, strong training, and great support from leadership. The pace is fast, which is expected in a competitive market like NYC, but you’re not left to figure things out on your own. Management is responsive and open to feedback, and there’s a strong emphasis on personal and professional growth. The incentive structure rewards those who win.

Cons

The role can be demanding, especially in a city like Manhattan where building access and property relationships take persistence and strategic communication. It’s a job that requires hustle and resilience. If you’re not comfortable with a performance-driven environment or prefer a desk job, this ain't it. Success depends heavily on how proactive you are day to day.

Hi - Thanks for your review! I loved your statement: "If you’re not comfortable with a performance-driven environment or prefer a desk job, this ain't it. Success depends heavily on how proactive you are day to day." This is the biggest issue we face as a leadership team because most folks are used to a job where they have direct supervision and accountability (in-person). The Territory Manager position requires someone that is self-motivating, and an independent operator; but is also ok with being held accountable to activity reports, referral generation, and ultimately sales results.
