Pros

ActiveCampaign's customer focus has led to a platform that helps over 150k businesses grow, and care for those customers is alive in the culture. Leadership is accessible and listens. Where you might disagree with with a decision or process, feedback is welcomed and discussed. That's not to say you'll get your way, however, you will be heard.

Cons

As a hypergrowth organization there are growing pains. It's a fast paced environment and expectations are high. These comforts are traded for the benefit of career growth and new opportunities.

Pros

I act as the central bridge between the customer and the broader organization. By gathering critical technical data and collaborating directly with specialized internal departmentsincluding Deliverability, Billing, and our product. I drive effective resolutions for complex issues. This cross-functional experience has given me a deep understanding of how to successfully navigate and operate within a large corporate ecosystem.

Cons

Because ActiveCampaign is directly tied to a business's revenue and marketing success, customers are often highly stressed or frustrated when things go wrong. Regularly de-escalating tense situations, delivering bad news (like strict no-refund policies or deliverability blocks), and absorbing that customer frustration day after day can lead to burnout if you don't have strong boundaries.
