      Flexible work options + Great work culture in Affable!

      Pros

      Flexible Work Options - very useful for a busy parent like me! Diverse + Inclusive - 60 team members across 15 different countries! Good Leadership - Given autonomy over decisions, and leaders trust the team enough to take on the BAU. Also listens actively to feedback and tries best to fix things. May not be 100% success but not many leaders have their ears so close to the ground as Affable's.

      I am given autonomy to make decisions for myself and also for the department, learn from mistakes and also the opportunity to grow. The environment is ideal because colleagues are supportive and have a growth mindset.

      Cons

      Workload. Also completely remote (would prefer a hybrid).
