      - Inspiring mission - async collaboration is the future of work - Ambitious project - exciting, challenging work where I'm always learning and growing - Best-in-class team - a bit intimidating how good everyone is, but it's motivated me to push myself and do a bit more - Great management - always listening and evolving to make the experience great, CEO is an amazing communicator - Caring culture - I love my executive coach, the retreats have been so fun, and the workload has been sustainable so far

      Pros

      This company just gets it. Employees are given the freedom to work from wherever they are most productive. Management is open to feedback and makes changes based on suggestions from employees. Team members are judged based on output and results, not on time spent in front of a computer. Tuesdays and Thursdays are free of meetings and Slack messages, so employees can enter states of deep flow. Managers push their people to do great work and help them get there.

      Cons

      This is a fully remote, fully distributed company that focuses on asynchronous work. That is not for everybody.
