Pros
Wonderful team oriented work environment. Beautiful offices. Owner is great to work for. He makes each of us feel like a valued part of the team. We are a small office and it feels like family.
Cons

Alwex is a great place to work. It has shiny new offices and a warm environment with co-workers that really look out for each other especially now that the few bad apples have moved on. Office morale has never been better and there is plenty of room for advancement. This is a growing company with a great work/life balance that cares about its people and it only gets better every day.
Cons
I was going to say that there are a few people including one fairy senior broker who don't follow rules (and ask you to do things that may be questionable) and are damaging to office morale but since they're gone now its a very pleasant and happy place to work.
