      Pros

      Family owned business where the Employees feel like their opinions matter. Lots of long term employees says a lot. Good union company.

      Have to earn your status and that can include working longer hours than typical.

      Pros

      Once an employee starts working at this company they don't usually leave until they retire. You couldn't ask for a better place to work. A family owned business that treats all of their employees like family.

      Cons

      There are no downsides to working for this company once you start working here you won't want to leave.
