      Pros

      You will be given a lot of independence to learn & work. Great place to work if you have little or no experience with recruitment. Weekly check-ins and team meetings provide good structure along the way. The Singapore team is very social, so expect lots of games & activities weekly/monthly.

      Cons

      Nothing major to add here. Maybe in time to come would be good to have health & dental in place across all offices.

      Pros

      Equal opportunities to perform and be rewarded. Good team leaders who take time to ensure that focus is maintained and each team member performs at their best. Management always nurturing and supportive too.

      Cons

      It's a sales job! You are expected to perform and if you don't, it's only fair that decisions to keep employees or not need to be made. Some previous employees may have felt that this might be unfair as they hadn't been given ample time to prove their worth.
