A company's core value is Empathetic
Pros
I have been in Anaplan for 3 years and have the strongest feeling of how Anaplan lives out the core value "Empathetic" when I had to take a bereavement leave due to the loss of an immediate family member recently. Company allows us to take up to 20 days bereavement leaves though I chose 10 days which was sufficient for me to settle the family matters. To my surprise, Anaplan sent the condolence flowers to the funeral which was held overseas. My direct boss also provided every support and help in this period of difficult time so that I could grieve and spend some time with the family.
Cons
Anaplan keeps the innovation and growth so many new products push to the market lately. GTM teams have to catch up fast and it may need some time for the alignment works especially it needs to extend to the whole Anaplan ecosystem.
