Working at Appier is exciting, every day brings about new challenges. I think we are one of the very few companies in this space which is still growing financially and physically. We have some of the smartest people here, which also means that there are a lot of demanding people with high expectations of work quality and response speed, as expected for a unicorn with matching output.
Cons
With rapid growth and exciting challenges, there are certain areas that warrant attention. Our fast pace culture can sometimes lead to communication gaps, with important information not always reaching everyone promptly. Balancing workload during high-demand periods can be challenging, and every issue tends to fall under "priority" regularly, adding stress to the teams. These challenges, while manageable, do present opportunities for improvement.
