Pros
will assist you in any way they can weather it be a last check or mis reported hours, they can be reached very easily and respond back to your requests very quickly weather it be an email request or an email. pay raises are dependent on the client you are consulting with but rates can be negotiated
Cons
They are at time held back by the limitations of the client you are consulting for which at time can be aggravating, but they will do everything in their power to assist in this area
