      Pros

      - Execution is key, and Armis executes at a very high level for a start up - Seamless onboarding process - Talented and friendly colleagues - Tech solves a very real world problem - Great benefits which are industry leading although health insurance could be improved - overall still much better than your average - Many companies talk about implementing something like a Me Day, Armis is one of the few that has actually gone and done it globally

      Pros

      A very welcoming and supportive team with genuinely good vibes — people are collaborative and happy to help, which makes it a great environment to join. There are strong learning opportunities, including online courses and internal recorded sessions, which make it easy to ramp up and keep growing. Support systems are solid too: an efficient help desk, quick license provisioning, and a well-equipped working environment. The hybrid setup offers nice flexibility, and there's parking available if you drive. Overall a very positive first impression of the company and its culture.

      As a new employee, it's still early to point out real downsides — my experience so far has been positive.

      Pros

      Amazing culture and technology. All the resources needed to succeed. Great ramp up policies.

      Cons

      In the middle of transitioning to Servicenow, there is a lot going on with that ramp up while ramping up at Armis.
