      Pros

      Knowledge sharing and collaboration are encouraged and facilitated. Great vibe at the office, positive mindset and lots of events and activities. Great market fit and GTM posture. The company invests a lot of time and effort to help employees succeed, I've never experienced such a comprehensive onboarding, both professionally and socially.

      Cons

      You have to do the work and get results, this is not where you go to coast.

      - Amazing Leadership (Manager, GM, C-Suite) - Best Company Culture I've Ever Experienced (like a family) - Continuing to grow and progress the company in a positive direction (no limit to the success here!) - Generous PTO and Compensation - Nobody is doing what we do, or on our scale, we are the best!

      Cons

      With any company starting a new motion, there will be changes to processes, but it's about being patient and having belief in your company and team. So no cons really at all!
