      Pros

      Competitive compensation, catered lunch every Friday, good engineering team, and great technology. The Product itself is brilliant. Everything is done in alignment with how data flow needs to happen. It all starts with the idea so impressive I left a large reputable company to get on board here. Atlantis is increasing performance while lowering the storage footprint. The CEO is very open, and honest. There are always snacks, and things to eat. The SE's are a really impressive bunch to work with. The HR department is very responsive, and always supportive. Great staff all together in general.

      Cons

      Work in an open area which great for sharing ideas, and collaborating however It can be a little distracting when on the phone. Have to work a little extra hours sometimes to get things done.
