Great place for learning new machines and good training programs. Great culture and laid back air conditioned shop. Long hours and lots of overtime always available. Quarterly bonuses and incentives for employees, group oriented activities for team members.

Cons

Communication between leaders and employees. Mild procrastination by management, difficult to advance if heard..im happy where I am and what I do.
