      - Family is a core value in the company and it is just used to manipulate you - Pay and benefits are lacking - They say there is room to grow in the company but dont provide options to grow - Job security is nonexistant - Pay is bad

      This company strives to include and engage it's employees as much as possible. Being a virtual organization with employees across the country can be tough however this team puts in extra effort to make everyone feel connected, support, and valuable. Ideas are welcomed and shared among the team. Communication is frequent and someone is always accessible for support.
