- Great work-life balance with a 4-day work week. - Hybrid working arrangement that offers flexibility. - Supportive and friendly colleagues who are willing to help. - Whenever I don't understand something or get stuck on a task, I just have to ask, and someone will guide me through it. - A collaborative culture where you never feel like you're on your own. - Outstanding employee benefits, better than any I've experienced at previous companies. I'm genuinely grateful to be part of a company that values its people and creates such a supportive and flexible work environment.

Cons

Honestly, I haven't come across any significant downsides so far. Whenever the workload becomes heavy, you're encouraged to let your manager know, and they'll work with you to provide support and help manage the workload. It's refreshing to be in a workplace that genuinely cares about its employees.
