      Great culture of collaboration and technical support. Established name and respected products for a crucial step in semiconductor manufacturing. Technically interesting troubleshooting and operational challenges outweigh the menial tasks and labor of swapping out assemblies and performing avoidable corrective maintenance.

      Cons

      Unplanned travel is often expected as well as planned travel. Company reimburses personal expenses rather than paying directly. Industry is volatile and customers require frequent and flexible support due to fluctuating needs. Internal communication is strong and culture is positive but ultimately corporate and requires one to advocate for oneself.
