We strive to create a great working environment for our employees, and your feedback reinforces our efforts. Given the nature of the industry our bankers do have to put in long working hours, and we do understand that working long hours can be challenging and that it can have a significant impact on work-life balance. That said, we have, over the course of the past few years introduced benefits such as flexible working/ remote working etc. to ensure our staff can have better levels of work life integration, while still getting a rewarding career with BDA.
