      Pros

      Understanding people and management. Good team mates, colleagues. Training provided. Room for growth and learning. This was my 2nd recruitment job and they taught me a lot. Learnt a lot from my time here. Staff here quite helpful and friendly. CEO works closely with the managers and leads, he's very inspiring and gives good advice.

      MInor cons, would like better benefits.

      Pros

      Great environment in the sense that they trust the employee to do well without micromanaging. Management is supportive and colleagues are friendly. Can see long term growth here.

      Cons

      Market is not stable especially in Singapore but company has made strong marketing efforts for our branding.
