      Pros

      I worked for a part of BGL for nearly 2 years and absolutely loved my time there. They really take time to look after their staff and you feel very valued working there. Flexi time, fruit on site, great annual leave entitlement and fantastic career opportunities.

      Cons

      The management are quite old school and very male heavy but hopefully this is changing.
