Pros

The benefits such as the free lunch, medical aid, and half-day Fridays are great but the biggest benefit is the multi-cultural team. The fact that despite working in tandem to generate revenue does not stop the company from taking risks and not being afraid to try and innovate where possible.

Cons

Having a company with offices based around the world, there can be miscommunication but this happens very rarely.

Energetic and ambitious company, I found Basebone runs under a very fast and demanding environment which is good as it allowed me to work in challenging projects. Great teams and people to work with maintaining as well that international spirit which I think reinforce their values.

Cons

To avoid good people leaving early, or using Basebone as a stepping stone, concentrate on implementing solid rewarding programs.

Pros

Very pleased for the opportunity Basebone is giving me to and learn and grow. Great teams and colleagues who from day 1 took me in and back me up all the way. Teach me whatever I need to be successful. Of course, a positive mentality is vital for this else you won’t learn and grow. It is a fun and very interesting place to work. Great atmosphere. Good communication. After working in one department they promoted me to a better position so I can keep on growing. Managing staff has been transparent to me and always asked me what my career objectives are and what I really like, this is very important, and they really kept their word. Excellent work/life balance. They give great stability in general. Good healthcare/contract/promotions.

Cons

Communication can always made better but overall it is pretty good.
