Everyone is passionate about what they do. There is a relaxed culture with a lot of laughter and kind coworkers. Although, due to the organization's rapid growth, it feels like they really care about their employees are working to ensure the staff is heard and valued. The senior leadership truly cares about the staff and one can feel that.

Cons

Absolutely nothing. I love BeInCrypto :)
