The nature of the job entails moments of routine, but these are punctuated by sporadic instances that are both intriguing and interesting. Such moments ignite passion and elevate the work experience, ensuring that even amidst the regular tasks, there are opportunities for stimulation and intellectual engagement. The approach to onboarding and professional development seems to have room for improvement, with limited opportunities for training. Moreover, some of their methods can be perceived as antiquated, lacking the innovation or modern approaches one might expect in today's dynamic workplace. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a clear pathway for career progression, which can be discouraging for those looking to grow and advance. The nature of the work can, at times, become monotonous and routine. What adds to the challenge is the expectation to work during weekends and evenings. Such additional hours are not met with commensurate benefits or compensation, making it a point of contention for many employees.
