      Pros

      A small but mighty staff that love to collaborate and help BCI grow and continue to be innovative in the e-learning consultancy and development space. A hybrid work environment with lovely office space and the ability to work from home. Leadership is supportive of new ideas.

      Cons

      Excellent leadership and dedication to improvement has eliminated cons from previous leadership.

      Pros

      Remote/Hybrid, strategic/intelligent people, invested and powerful board, fantastic new CEO and colleagues (all around). Great location and office (close to train and lots of parking if office is something you want). Inspiring mission. Proud to be in a growing industry with lasting impacts on society and workforce.

      Cons

      None that I have seen.
