      Product with real-world impact. Whole company is passionate about the product. Challenging technical projects. Talented developers. True "customer-first" mentality. Company-wide transparency. Flexible schedule. Caring management.

      Cons

      Small company. Which isn't really a negative at all.

      Pros

      'Unlimited' vacation; use your discretion. Fantastic benefits. Ability to work from home. Tight knit group of extremely supportive people. Work never really feels like work.

      Cons

      Like I said above, work never really feels like work, but this can affect work/life balance. Many people love what they do and fail to take adequate time off. Others then feel pressure to do the same. Leadership does its best to make it clear that we all need a break sometimes but it can be tough/make you feel guilty when you see coworkers going months on end without time off.
