      Pros

      The team atmosphere is very harmonious, colleagues are very good, work with you feel very honoured and happy, but also learned a lot of things! Reward mechanism is very good, the bonus exceeds the expectation, very pleasant surprise, work is also very motivated. The platform development is very good, very stable

      Cons

      The tempo of the solo can be a bit fast, but it's acceptable.
