      Pros

      BlueSnap actually cares about you as a person. I’ve never felt so valued and cared about at a workplace. Unlimited time off, flexible working hours as needed, great starting pay.

      Cons

      Blue Cross Blue shield insurance isn’t as good as it used to be, not BlueSnaps fault though.
