MD is extremely engaged with all business units and is very well liked across the company.
Hard work is genuinely recognised.
Unsure as to why people would accept a salary and then complain that the pay is bad. In my view the pay at the Mortgage Business is extremely good across the board.
Negligible conflict levels, entire company have a good working relationship cross-business unit and the sociable aspect is outstanding

First company I have been at in 8 years which genuinely seems to give a damn about staff.
Since I joined 3 years ago I have lost count of my co-workers who have had recognition and therefore development opportunities. Nice for staff to come up together.
