Bobsled has a group of incredibly talented, kind, and collaborative employees. We push each other to do the best work we can and have fun along the way - including company-wide offsites and other opportunities to get together in person. In addition to having the right people in every business unit and a management team that truly cares about its people, Bobsled is backed by top VCs, has excellent employee benefits for an early-stage company, and is solving a problem that the largest data and SaaS companies care about. The growth opportunity for Bobsled is massive. If you're looking for a dynamic environment where you'll take on a ton of responsibility and learn a lot, this is a great place for you!
Cons
Things change and evolve quickly given that this is an early-stage company, but it's part of what makes the day-to-day fun. Leadership does a great job of keeping everyone informed of changes and believes in transparency, so you'll always be able to get your questions answered if you just ask!
