      Pros

      Fun Environment Very upbeat and very open to news ideas/processes. Working directly with a very knowledgeable and iconic designer never disappoints

      Cons

      Very busy and stressful around show season. A lot of travel and long days when at the shows. Hectic schedules at the shows are an industry standard.
