Pros
My son recently completed a week of work experience at Bromcom and it was an incredibly positive experience for him. He had the opportunity to spend time with several different teams including design, testing, helpdesk, marketing and research, which gave him a really well-rounded insight into how a technology company operates. Everyone he met was welcoming, supportive and genuinely willing to give up their time to explain what they do and involve him in conversations. It was great for him to see how different departments collaborate and how much teamwork goes into building and supporting products. He came home each day excited about what he had learned, and by the end of the week he was genuinely upset that it was over because he had enjoyed it so much. As a parent, I’m extremely grateful that Bromcom gave him such a valuable and memorable opportunity.
