      High Turnover for Good Reason

      Pros

      When I worked here, it was mainly a remote position. Insurance was effective immediately.

      Cons

      No processes in place, owners verbally abused employees, executives were hiding information from each other, inadequate staffing, unprofessional behavior from all levels.
