      Pros

      Company is on growth path, has clearly laid out vision/mission/values and striving to achieve them. Recent ISO certification and CMMi Level 3 under progress are good steps forward. Associates are being paid on time. Focus is on having happy internal and external customer.

      Cons

      Since company can be likened to a startup, it has all the pros and cons of a startup. Processes / tools are still evolving. Client base is SME segment but slowly shifting to high end clientele.

      Pros

      It is a fantastic company to work with. The management is extremely possessive towards its employees welfare. 1. On Time Salary. 2. Mediclaim for each permanent employee. 3. Emergency Fund for employees. 4. World Class infra. 5. Great Incentives.

      Cons

      it takes 10-15 minutes more to reach the new location, however, the world class infrastructure covers for this loss.

      A very good environment for development. Autonomy provided by the company creates job satisfraction.

      Cons

      Location,,,though communication is gradually getting better, so it won't be a problem in the comming time.
