Cons
Sometimes experience internal friction, and the overall work pressure may be relatively high. After moving into management roles, there is a stronger expectation for self learning and self development, as structured leadership training and nurturing mechanisms are somewhat limited. Some members of management may not always have sufficient visibility into the actual challenges faced by frontline teams.
