      Pros

      Great organization to work for. Flexibile, work life balence, stable and great management. The management team really cares about this organization.

      Cons

      Pay is not so competative due to non-profit status. And it is easy to reach ceiling of your career because managers tend to stay long term there.

      Very family-friendly, wonderful benefits, supportive positive environment, opportunity to help those in need, great location, open communication between levels of management

      Cons

      Pay is low as in most non-profits, funding comes from federal government and private grants, so much time is spent in trying to raise money
