Thank you for this review. I am glad to hear that your experience at the CATT Lab has been and continues to be positive. We pride ourselves in being an innovator in our line of work, and also for being recognized in the industry as an innovator and leader. This role is further supported by our flexible work culture that encourages creativity, innovation, and collaboration across all levels of the organization. I believe that flexibility is important when it comes to architecture, design, and implementation and because of that we trust our experts to make decisions based on their expertise and experience and available information. Our Project and Program Managers all have strong technical background and understand the challenges Software Engineers, DevOps, IT, and Customer Support face on daily basis. This makes them effective leaders and servants to our technical staff.
We work hard to remain competitive in a strong market. As a state entity we sometimes aren't able to compete toe to toe with the largest names in the private sector when it comes to direct compensation. However, often time we aren't far off and our rich benefits package, flexible culture, professional development and growth opportunities provide significant value over our private sector competition. In the last 12 months, we have been working on a more formal growth plan that provides clearer requirements and path between different roles in the Lab, but to your point this has been long overdue.
