      Great Leadership / manage accounts and a good mix of tasks, Software engineering exposure, and top-notch benefits. Awesome team to work with and you will learn a ton.

      No real cons / you need to be a self-starter and ready to drive sales.

      Benefits and non-executive level management are friendly.

      Cons

      You'll be micromanaged by management; chances are you'll spend 80% of your time on stakeholder updates rather than productive work. When you approach management about the level of micromanagement, they will deny reality. From what I've seen, they are in those roles because of company loyalty and are stuck in the 1980s. Yeehaw
