      Pros

      Company give good working hour. Great place to work as you will have great working colleagues. The TL and Manager always available whenever we have a question or concern, and they will always make an effort to reach out and ensure we have everything we need to get the job done.

      Pros

      Allows employees to try things without shaming or possible recrimination. Work-life balance and ability to get all-encompassinf view on sales & Trading and the variety of commodities.

      Cons

      Perhaps a symptom of growth, but infrastructure needs a fair bit of work and employees need that infrastructure in order to perform better in their roles. Current work practice can be a bit off-the-cuff.
