      The Bank is laser-focused on results and Management truly enjoys rewarding strong performance. The people are GREAT! Very talented team with lots of experience in most cases. All employees are fully-leveraged and skills are stretched and developed. High visibility within the organization and a great place for performers to get recognized and be given new opportunities.

      Possibly the commute based on limited locations - explore hybrid options, however, those may be limited at this time.
