      New process improvements and equipment have been very beneficial

      Pros

      Integrating new systems and adapting to new technologies has been a big benefit to the entire organization. We have recently added a pick-to-light automation system to our fulfillment operation and a new AccurioPress 12000 to our print shop.

      Cons

      The learning curve to new technologies can be challenging to some.

      Absolutely great people, honest work and supervisors that are more like mentors.

      Cons

      Much of the facility is without A/C.

      We appreciate your comments. Mentoring is an important part of our culture and one of the ways we develop our leadership. It starts with strong character individuals' who care about each other, the company and our clients. Much of our facility's spaces are warehousing and storage; unfortunately some of which does not have A/C.

      Pros

      The work is exciting as the projects are always changing. There is a great team environment with a fantastic group of dedicated hard-working professionals.

      Cons

      Some complicated systems need simplifying. Also, it's not really a "con" of CI-Group but the beautiful rural area of Hunterdon county leaves less opportunity for affordable housing, restaurants, entertainment, etc.
