The management does not respect nor appreciate there employees. They will use you up and spit you out and not loose a nights sleep over it. They have become a Company that believes in "profit now" over developing and manufacturing a stable product. In my opinion the future is not looking to bright for Calnetix.
They will promise there customers the world even when they know they can never meet there obligations. Expect employees to put in 90 hours a week and still tell them there not doing enough and put you on a personnel improvement program. Yes, they do this to there top producing employees.
