Life as a Camp Director and Parent

Pros

Directors are great to work a long side. Owners value their staff and treat them we respect. My children get to spend the summer wiith me!

Cons

Training needs to be interactive and more often. Directors need more hands on training during off season. Job titles in upper management are blurred.
