The company is growing fast - 70-80% yoy, that means that you will do lot more over every quarter. There is constant focus on productivity improvement and automation to enable team to handle business growth. Recently there has been lot more focus on capability building of the front line teams which was missing earlier. VPs are taking trainings and external career agencies are roped in for specific skill building.

Cons

On-boarding during early days of an employee is still a weak area.
